Wedding & Ceremony Decor & Flowers – Carmens & Royal Botanical Gardens – Hamilton, ON
Meet a gorgeous Hamilton wedding in two of our favourite settings. From the Royal Botanical Gardens for the
wedding ceremony to Carmen’s for the wedding reception, the white-gold-pink sparkled wedding decor theme
proved to be the perfect complement to the day.
Working with two venues can be tricky for any wedding decor specialist like us. Thematically, you want things to
transfer from one to the next but, unfortunately, due to the visuals at each venue, this is sometimes difficult.
As we worked with the bride and groom, the hope was to select colours and wedding decor items that wouldn’t clash at either venue.
As you can see at the Royal Botanical Gardens and then Carmen’s, everything played out perfectly for this
Hamilton wedding. The photos captured here are courtesy of the highly talented Alexandra Del Bello Photography
and demonstrate what we mean.
The ceremony decor is just the start, with its bouquets and corsages. The reception was filled with gold candles,
head table arrangements and centrepieces, head table sequin linens, lanterns with flowers, and more.
All these decor elements were very carefully arranged in a layout that never overpowered the setting they were
homed in.
The result was a wedding that suited the marrying couple’s budget and that the guests were thrilled with.
There is nothing quite like when a wedding is pulled off with very little having gone wrong and/or very few
unexpected developments. As decor experts, we were ready to make adjustments if/when called upon but
fortunately, no late-minute changes had to be made.
Furthermore, both Hamilton wedding venues were exceptionally accommodating to the couple tying the knot. They
got everything they wanted and more, and were willing to collaborate with ease with us on decor setup and
takedown.
For any bride and groom or marrying couple, when it comes to planning your wedding decor, it never hurts to take a look at weddings like this where you can spot how a combination of decor elements work together.
You can see precisely how the colours, shapes, textures, and sizes blend and interact, creating a very unified theme
based on the marrying couple’s preferences.
Needless to say, there are hundreds of ways to decorate a wedding. To say, “Welcome to our wedding!” is just right,
it’s key to get the details down. If you aren’t sure where to start with your Hamilton wedding decor, reach out to A
