There is a place voted “the prettiest little town in Canada” – a quaint, historic, charming town by the name of Paris, Ontario with a population just over 12,000. Located in Ontario, it’s situated exactly where the Nith River flows into the Grand River.
Who wouldn’t want to be in Paris on their wedding day – it’s a great place to host a truly beautiful wedding. Think vintage, rustic, old-style Canadian. As an example, Paris is commonly referred to as the “cobblestone capital of Canada” due to its aged buildings and houses made of cobblestone.
For this special A Night to Remember décor arrangement, the Arlington hotel was our venue. The Arlington Hotel provides guests with a historic setting, picturesque riverfront views, stunning authentic brick in a grand space; a venue combining modern style with vintage décor. It is within the Arlington hotel that an amazing group of wedding vendors went to work on capturing a romantic and extremely stylized wedding photo shoot that was publicized on Elegant Wedding Magazine’s blog. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of participating in the backdrop creation for this exclusive photo shoot.

During the photo shoot that we took part in, no detail was spared. Much the same to be said on your wedding day, all things were perfect. Delicate, intimate choices gained enhancing elegance by selecting lace and crystal. Perfect charger plates, sheer drapes, candles, foliage and having blush and creams balance every arrangement. The look and impression of an indoor garden, with the incredible views of the Grand River offering an enchanting feel. The finished and published works found on the Elegant Wedding Magazine blog are breathtaking.
We here at A Night to Remember were chosen to provide the sheer draping backdrop for the photo shoot curated by Lindsay Plank Events at the Arlington Hotel in Paris, Ontario. It was truly an honour to be featured in Elegant Wedding Magazine. Hillier Photography caught the essence of beauty and sophistication in every photo.
