Wedding Ceremony & Reception – Ball’s Falls – Jordan Ontario
A Night to Remember has had the pleasure of preparing wedding décor designs in a number of different venues. This past May, we were selected by a bride and groom to assist with their wedding décor designs for a wedding in Ball’s Falls in Jordan, Ontario. The display as featured here shows a notable rustic feel which contrasts a lot of the more modern, elegant styles that we have been known for. There are other examples of more traditional, rustic wedding décor throughout our site for couples to view. This particular example shows an exquisite ceremony backdrop with an attached ceiling canopy. This draping was used later in the day as a backdrop for their head table.
We are not afraid to travel and utilize the venue in order to make a wedding décor design work. Often times, whether it’s a corporate event, bridal shower, birthday celebration, a wedding or otherwise, it’s the venue that is just as important as the way in which that venue is dressed. With this particular location, the barn door and the barn itself introduced a theme that the couple simply wanted emphasized through their wedding décor. The sheer draped head table and the elegance of the arrangement with hints of ivory here and there served this couple well. Though wedding décor may appear simple, it is more difficult than one might imagine to assemble the elements together, to organize them accordingly, and then to ensure that on that special day, that the wedding décor is where it should be. We work with every couple to ensure that a wedding design is feasible and that it is organized well before the day of the wedding.
Another piece of this event décor design that is worth mentioning is the Edison bulb lighting which continued to highlight that rustic feel that Ball’s Falls is known for and that the bride and groom wanted to maintain throughout their ceremony and day. Some of our simplest wedding décor designs oftentimes end up being some of our most proudest as it’s truly in the details. What makes a wedding memorable is in not only making the bride and groom feel special but to welcome guests into the event and make them feel special. With the wedding décor design featured here, it’s easy to imagine the smiles on the faces of friends and family in this space when the bride and groom began their ‘happily ever after’.
